All admitted and outpatient patients agree to: assignment of benefits to PrimeCure Hospital for insurance billing, release of medical information necessary for treatment and payment, compliance with hospital rules, policies, and patient rights and responsibilities, and acknowledgment of PrimeCure’s financial responsibility policies.

4. Billing & Financial Responsibility

Patients are responsible for charges not covered by their insurance. Financial counselors are available to discuss payment plans, financial assistance programs, and insurance verification. PrimeCure Hospital participates with Medicare, Medicaid, and most major commercial insurers in Texas.

5. Patient Rights & Responsibilities

6. Limitation of Liability & Medical Risk

7. Intellectual Property

All content on primecurehospital.com, including text, images, videos, clinical content, and branding, is owned by PrimeCure Hospital. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written authorization.

8. Governing Law
